Ram Dass

Last night I had a one-on-one webcam conference with Ram Dass. It was amazing. If you don't know who Ram Dass is, please go out and read Be Here Now. And also Check out this. Anyway it's hard to put into words what I experienced while I talked to him. But basically what I want to share is that he taught me that I need to love everyone in every moment. No matter what. We all just need to breathe in love, and breathe out love. Always. That is what this life is all about. Love. I really don't know what else to say. I will write more about it later, but yeah, I am still trying to meditate on what I experienced, and the time I spent with him.

So thank you for listening, Happy Friday, and I love you all!

My first youtube upload!

I bought a camera!

So I always said I would never start a blog. I don't have anything against them, I just didn't think I had the energy to make one.
Anyway, reading Jeff Marx's blog inspired me to create one of my own, and I just bought a camera over the weekend, and took a bunch of pictures of my 3 week old niece, so I thought what better time to finally start a blog. ( I am linking Jeff Marx's blog to this, and you should check it out - he is hilarious! )

I am calling it "Live Every Day Like It's Friday" because I think we really should do that. Don't you love the energy of Friday?? Why can't we carry that throughout the week? Days of the week are a man-made concept anyway, and there really only ever is "NOW" so why can't we live with the energy of Friday? It's so funny - because I work in an office right now, and on Mondays everyone is always sad and depressed, and gradually throughout the week everyone gets happier and happier, and then on Friday everyone is like high on life. Why can't it be like that every day?? IT CAN!! it's just a change in the way we think about it!

So yeah - I went home to Baldwinsville over the weekend and hung out with my niece Madison. She is almost a month old and is so cute. I couldn't stop taking pictures of her. I love it, because you can't help but live in the moment when you are with a baby. I didn't know what time it was the entire time I was there. I was just staring at her and smiling and pouring out love. Babies are like little pure innocent mirrors of love.

So I leave you with some pictures of her. And there will be a lot more to come.

Happy Friday everyone!!
